Yes, single occupancy rooms are available at ₹46,020, inclusive of 18% GST.

Yes, double occupancy rooms for two founders of the same organisation  at ₹51,920, inclusive of 18% GST.

A twin sharing accommodation will be provided to all hosters at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. The accommodation and pre party has been sponsored by Leapswtich Networks – a core member of the hoster community in India. 

A specially discounted rate has been provided by the hotel to our sponsors which they can avail directly with the hotel.

Yes, we are arranging pickups from the airport to the hotel on the 31st and all those who have filled in their arrival details, their pickup will be coordinated by our event management team.

The executive coach will depart from one of the recommended hotels in Bangalore on the morning of August 1st. All attendees need to be in the hotel lobby by 8:00 AM for departure.

The coach will drop off attendees at the Bangalore airport on August 3rd, with an estimated arrival time of around 6:00 PM. We recommend booking a late evening flight or planning to stay overnight and travel the next day.

Yes, transportation from Bangalore to Coorg is included if you are arriving on the 31st. Prastham Computing Services is our travel sponsor for the transportation for all attendees from Bangalore to Coorg.

The executive coach will depart from Bangalore at 8:30 AM, with an estimated travel time of 6-7 hours, including a lunch stopover.

Please let us know in advance if you have any special travel requirements so we can assist you accordingly.

The pre-party will feature sponsor meetups, adventure activity, visit to coffee plantations,  informal networking, light entertainment, and refreshments, creating a relaxed atmosphere for attendees to get to know each other.

The after-party will include a celebratory dinner, entertainment, and opportunities for informal networking and relaxation.

The dress code is casual for the retreat.

We have a dedicated WhatsApp group for the attendees and one to one conversations can be done through it.
